BICC quick mode set up a call

Now we start with the Set up BICC Quick mode. I will explain detail lately. Now just a picture for you to understand what the main things when 2 MSC using BICC to setup a call.

Telecoms basis model

This is basis networking for R4 WCDMA system. The different with R99 is MSC now seperate to 2 entities: MSC Server and MGW. MSC Server is using for Signaling processing, Signaling routing, CDR and control the MGW. MGW is using to serve Traffic called Media processing.
